Executive Accelerator Coaching 

We offer our executive accelerator coaching clients a coaching continuum programme. This means we are available throughout the duration of the programme to ensure the leader is fully supported as we engage in a whole-person approach. This means we continue the coaching conversation in the moment, to support peak situations to ensure leaders feel fully supported as they adjust their approach to achieve their coaching goals. 

OPTION 1 - Executive Coaching - 6 month programme

  • Introductory Discovery Session with the coachee. 
  • Client sponsor session to align on context and goals. 
  • Six 1:1 one hour coaching sessions with a leadership effectiveness coach 
  • Targeting development actions agreed in partnership with key stakeholders 
  • Stakeholder debrief & check in to ensure progress

Virtual Programme

OPTION 2 - Executive Accelerator Coaching - 9 month programme 

  • Discovery session to align context and goals. 
  • Context session with up to three key stakeholders to align on business and leader-led needs. 
  • 6 structured, up to 90 minutes 1:1 session. 
  • Unlimited micro sessions, in the moment. 
  • 6-week intense 1:1 mental fitness programme. 
  • Diagnostic to assess thinking traps. 
  • Visualisation sessions to unlock deep behavioural habits 
  • Triad sessions to ensure key stakeholder alignment. 
  • Check in stakeholder sessions as requested.

Coaching Features Option 2

Mental Fitness Masterclass 

To navigate an increasingly dynamic work environment successfully requires leaders to embrace doing things differently.

This mental fitness masterclass is incorporated into your Executive programme. 

Designed to upgrade your mental operating system and leadership agility to not just survive in times of change and uncertainty but also thrive. 

The masterclass includes a 6-week app-guided programme and weekly coaching sessions with Kate Thomas. 

This masterclass delivers breakthrough results. Within 6 – 8 weeks of mental fitness training, leaders would be able to see the results through increased grey matter in MRI imaging. Positive change comes from 20% insight and 80% muscle: this programme strengthens both.

The 4 Levers of Leadership Impact

The NewlandRock Four Levers of Leadership Impact programme was designed based on decades of experience working with senior leaders globally and across multiple sectors and functions uncovering what makes managers great leaders. 

By observing the difference in their overall success, four key criteria became clear. This programme is based on those four key modules, each interconnected with the key competencies that define effective leadership. 

These four key modules can be tailored to meet the duration of your coaching programme needs. We typically advise that they are delivered over a six-months, in conjunction with one-to-one coaching.

Each impact module is delivered over a series of sessions. Our CPD accredited programme suts face to face and virtual solutions.

NewlandRock Coaching is customised to each individual, and linked to specific strategic challenges and personal, and professional goals. 

What’s critical to each coaching session is for the coach to ensure that the individual looks at the full array of issues, prioritises what is most vital and learns to consider their overall impact
