Access immediate insights and recommendations to help qualify how well your team is performing in these three key areas and discover what levers may improve productivity and engagement.

Individual Executive Coaching With Head Of Team
The Head of the team will experience three 60 minute 1:1 co-coaching sessions. These sessions focus on aligning on team objectives, levelling up the head of teams, impact and positioning whilst providing a confidential space to work through challenges and opportunities

Day 1 - Explore
Designed over a 1 ½ day event. Health check the essentials: Explore the team’s readiness, resilience and desired culture. Evaluate the leadership team’s purpose, individual values and how it connects the vision, culture and strategic goals for this team?
Reset what the team is known for, clarify why the team exists and how this talks to the working rhythm within the team.
Core objective: To establish the identity of this team, build relationships needed to drive a collective culture of success.

Day 2 - Enhance
Designed over a full-day event or two virtual sessions.
Establish how this leadership team will work together. Co-Create agreed norms, processes and align on a style of leadership that represents the strategy and voice of this leadership team - To establish what behaviours are required of this leadership team and agree on mechanisms for holding each other to account in pursuit of strategic goals.
Core objective: To evaluate what behaviours need to be dialled up and down to drive a common language, refreshed purpose and achieve strategic value.

Day 3 - Energise
deep, thought-provoking session designed to push boundaries, test unity and build trust. Consolidate the insights. Reflect on what has changed and where the team is now. Confirm key in scope priorities and what needs to STOP – START – CONTINUE for this leadership team to maximise performance and elevate its direction to the next level.
Core objective, unify the team personally and professionally to achieve performance.
