  • This event examines key elements: the team's readiness, resilience, and desired culture. Assess the leadership team's purpose and values and how they align with the team's vision, culture, and strategic goals.

  • Clarify the team's purpose and reset its identity to align with its working rhythm and priorities.

  • Core objective; to establish this team's identity and build the collaborative relationships needed to drive a collective culture of success.

Enhance - Part 2- Process & Alignment

  • Enhance how this leadership team works together by co-creating agreed-upon principles and processes that align with the leadership style that represents this team's strategy, identity, and voice. Establish what behaviours are required of this leadership team and agree on mechanisms for holding each other accountable in pursuit of strategic goals. 

  • Core objective: to enhance the behaviours and priorities that need to be dialled up and down to drive a common language, refreshed purpose and achieve strategic value.

Expedite - Part 3 - Execution & Performance

  • This session is designed to be deep and thought-provoking, push boundaries, and test unity and trust. The day will focus on commitment, consolidating insights and learnings whilst reflecting on what has changed for this leadership team. We will confirm the critical priorities in scope for the next phase of this leadership team's growth and identify what needs to STOP, START, and CONTINUE for this leadership team to maximise performance and advance its leadership direction to the next level.

Flexible Elements 

Pause & Plan Sessions

We all learn, process and develop information in different ways which is why we design our programmes to include various touch-points. These flexible elements are typically delivered virtually over a 90-minute, virtual session

These sessions are designed to maintain momentum, provide participants space between core programmes to pause, percolate and consider next step commitments. 

Thought Leadership Sessions

Introducing leadership concepts, proven leadership theory and the opportunity to consider a refreshed approach to leadership. Founded on behavioral science expertise with supporting workbooks for self-paced development.

Business Projects

Real-world application aligned to the leadership teams strategic objectives and executed through sub-group ownership and group-based coaching. This sprint phase is designed to stretch the leader, build stronger working relationships and present solutions to real world opportunities (key stakeholders are incorporated) 

Mental Fitness Programme

To navigate an increasingly dynamic work environment successfully requires leaders to embrace doing things differently and reset thinking traps.

We offer two options:

  • A six-week app-guided mental fitness programme for intimate group development.
  • Brain hack thought leadership sessions targeting self-management, increasing self-control and learning new habits.
